The Service
EveryWon is a digital companion for foreign residents of the Republic of Korea. The Service helps you find verified English-speaking clinics, navigate to them, book appointments, interact with the EveryWon community, organize translated medical records, and ask questions of a 24/7 AI health desk. Insurance and Concierge chapters will be added in future releases under separate consent.
Important medical notice. EveryWon is an information and access tool — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI health desk and community discussions are informational only. In an emergency dial 119 (Korea's national emergency number) or contact a licensed medical professional immediately.
Eligibility & accounts
- ¶ 01You must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to digital services in your country, whichever is greater.
- ¶ 02You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- ¶ 03You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- ¶ 04One person, one account. You may not transfer or share your account.
- ¶ 05We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
To keep the EveryWon community a safe and useful place, you agree not to:
- ¶ 01Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- ¶ 02Impersonate another person, clinic, or medical professional.
- ¶ 03Provide medical advice as if you were a licensed practitioner unless you are one.
- ¶ 04Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from EveryWon without permission.
- ¶ 05Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
- ¶ 06Use the Service to spam, advertise, or solicit unrelated business.
- ¶ 07Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
Bookings, clinics & third parties
When you book through EveryWon, you are forming an appointment with the partner clinic — not with EveryWon. The clinic is responsible for the medical care it provides. EveryWon facilitates the booking and exchanges only the information you authorize. Cancellation, rescheduling, and clinic-specific policies are governed by the partner clinic's rules, which we surface in the app where available.
Map navigation, payment processing, and translation engines are delivered by third-party providers. Their availability and accuracy may occasionally vary; we work to keep them stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Community content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant EveryWon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service (including showing it to other members and translating it). You may delete your content at any time, which terminates this license going forward except for cached or back-up copies retained for a limited operational period.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable Korean law (including the Information and Communications Network Act).
AI health desk
- ¶ 01The AI health desk produces informational responses based on the inputs you provide and may be incorrect or incomplete.
- ¶ 02Responses are not medical diagnoses and do not establish a doctor–patient relationship.
- ¶ 03Do not rely on AI output for emergency or life-threatening decisions.
- ¶ 04We log conversations briefly to improve safety and quality (see Privacy Policy §7) and never use them to train external models.
Subscriptions, fees & billing
The core EveryWon experience is free. Some advanced features (e.g. Concierge bookings, premium insurance advisory) may be offered as paid services. Where billing occurs through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the platform's standard purchase, refund, and subscription rules apply. We will clearly disclose price, billing interval, and renewal terms before you confirm any purchase.
Apple & Google platform terms
If you obtained EveryWon from the Apple App Store, the relevant terms of the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement are incorporated by reference. Apple is not responsible for the Service. If you obtained EveryWon from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. Nothing in these Terms overrides any non-waivable rights granted by Apple, Google, or your local consumer-protection law.
Intellectual property
The EveryWon name, logo, app, website, designs, and original content are owned by Westforte Inc. and protected by Korean and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryWon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Wait times, clinic availability, and AI responses are estimates — not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Korean law, the aggregate liability of Westforte Inc. arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) KRW 100,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, place other members at risk, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court, unless a non-waivable consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in the app of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
