    How do I find an English-speaking clinic?

    Open the Care tab and tap the language filter. Every listed clinic has a verified language tag — English, Russian, Uzbek, or Korean — based on staff confirmation, not auto-translation.

    Can I book an appointment through the app?

    Yes. Most clinics in our directory support in-app booking — pick a slot, confirm, and the clinic receives your request instantly. No phone calls in broken Korean.

    Is EveryWon free to use?

    The core app — clinic discovery, community, AI health desk, and translated records — is free. Some concierge services (visa, tax, pension) are billed by our verified partners.

    How do I delete my account or data?

    Profile → Settings → Delete account. We honor the request within 30 days and follow Korean PIPA + GDPR retention rules. See our Privacy Policy for details.

    I had a problem with a clinic — what now?

    Email us at west.eastforte@gmail.com with the clinic name, date, and a short description. We follow up with the partner and update the listing if needed.

    Which insurance providers do you work with?

    Chapter 02 (Insurance) is launching soon. We're partnering with Korea's top providers — health, car, and life — with multi-language explanations and human managers for claims.
